2. Calcium.
Nutrition is very good for the body because it can maintain the energy production, strengthening muscles and heart. Moreover, it can strengthen bones and prevent the child from the risk of high blood pressure.

Calcium can be obtained from fruits and vegetables. Bananas also contain lots of Calcium. Milk and meat also contain lots of potassium which is good for the body.

3. Fibers.
