In the previous article, I once wrote about the Three Healthy Solid Foods for Babies. Three groups of solid foods very well to be given to babies as an introduction to solid food. If your baby has been accustomed to the food, it’s time you give a different variety of foods so that they do not feel bored.

1. Mother’s milk / Breastfeeding.

Although the baby is given an introduction to solid foods, maternal milk remained the top choice in providing adequate nutrition to children.

2. Milk porridge.

Milk porridge is good solid food that very good to be introduced to baby. It has good nutrition for baby. It will be even better if made porridge mixed with Mother’s milk.

3. Rice, corn and oatmeal.

It is kind of Solid food that has high carbohydrate, very suitable to meet the nutritional needs of infants. These foods are suitable for babies aged 6 months or older have.

4. Eggs.

If the baby is aged more than seven months, you can give eggs as a variation of different foods. Consider first whether there is an allergic reaction after eating an egg a few days like a rash and diarrhea.

5. Fish.

It’s source of protein-rich foods, substances that help brain development and body growth. Mix in baby food such as soup.

6. Meat.

In selecting meat, choose one that contains little fat because it is more easily digested by infants. It would be better if the meat finely milled to make it easier to be eaten by babies.

7. Fruits.

For the introduction of solid foods, give the fruit is the right choice. Give your bananas, oranges, avocados, melons, pears and papaya.

8. Tofu.

Tofu is also good to give to babies. The food texture is soft and rich in protein to be the right choice to be given to the baby.

9. Vegetables.

Do not forget to introduce vegetables as solid foods to baby. Give the baby if it has been aged over six months.

10. Cheese.

High protein in the form of calcium that is very good for babies. Mix into baby food.
