If you are still confused with solid food for baby, maybe you can see a list of food as follows:
1. Carbohydrates in the form of bakery products, cereals, noodles, rice and potatoes. These foods can provide the energy needed for their baby to grow and develop.
2. Fruits and vegetables. Fruit that can you provide can be a fresh, frozen, canned and dried. Give at least 5 servings of fruits with different colors. Fruits and vegetables that have distinct colors contain important vitamins and minerals.
3. Milk and dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt. These foods contain protein and calcium. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals. Give these foods at least 3 times a day.
4. Protein. Foods that contain protein such as meat, fish, eggs and nuts. List the food contains proteins that are rich in iron and omega 3 is very important for growing children.
5. Fats and Oils. These foods are in the form of olive oil, vegetable oil, soybean oil, butter and margarine. Fats and oils contained in these foods provide energy, fatty acids omega 3 and 6, and vitamin A, E and D. Do not give to excessive because it can cause obesity in children.
That is the solid food for baby are supposed to provide every day.
