There is an interesting fact. Research conducted by an educational institution is the University of Minnesota: School of Public Health revealed that if a child or adolescent is not breakfast in the morning may lead them overweight.

There are definitely confused and asked, why not breakfast could lead to a child or adolescent can experience obesity?

Research conducted by the University of Minnesota: School of Public Health for the Pediatrics journal in March edition, involved 2,216 adolescents in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. In this study, the researchers looking at from various factors such as diet problems, weight loss and lifestyle for five years. On this research, the participants must fill out a survey on eating patterns and provide information on height, weight, body mass index and their physical activity.

The results of this study reveal that teens who do routine breakfast, the lower their body mass index. A child who is eating breakfast every day, has a diet much better and are more physically active. Therefore, do not you ever think that breakfast is not important, in this case can even reduce the occurrence of obesity.

Make a healthy breakfast menu for children to become more eager to start the day with breakfast. So that children do not buy food like junk food, you should always provide healthy eating for kids so that they become healthy and not prone to obesity.
