  3. Fat. Do not assume that fat is not good for health because fat has an important role as energy production, growth and skin health. If consumed in excessive amounts can also cause obesity.
  4. Fibers. Currently fiber foods is quite popular, having good meal with high fibers is good for a person. It will be healthier for sanitation in your stomach.
  5. Vitamins. This substance is needed by the body, we all know how important vitamins. Vitamins play a role in the growth of agency for children, produce healthy offspring and maintain health.
  6. Mineral. The role is very important minerals for the body, can sustain a stronger body structure, such as hair, teeth and bones. Mineral is also very good mineral for the formation of the body cells for babies, toddlers and children.
