Fruits contain many vitamins and nutrients that are very good for the body, especially if consumed by children. But sometimes children are lazy to eat fruits. They prefer to eat snacks instead of fruit. Though, fruit is very good to eat as snacks.

  3. When young age, teach the kids to help buy fruits, clean, peel, or cut fruit.
  4. When shopping, let and allow the children to choose a new fruit to try later at home.
  5. In order for the child’s appetite increases, give fruit slices as garnish.
  6. Add a few berries in a bowl of wheat breakfast. Or, make a smiley face-shaped ornament with sliced bananas and peaches for eyes, raisins for the nose, and orange slice to his mouth.
