  3. Fruits. It contains many fibers that are excellent for helping launch the digestive tract. Fruits are also very good to deal with constipation, a symptom that makes a child feel weak, lethargic and in some cases, restless and hard to notice.
  4. Cereal. Provide cereal not only good for breakfast but also for lunch. Cereals are an ideal choice as a snack alternative. It contains folate, complex carbohydrates, protein and vitamin B12.

In addition to providing four types of food for lunch, it is good also provide water bottles containing water. This is so the child is not easy to become dehydrated, remembering children doing various activities all day.
