All parents would want their child could grow up healthy and strong. They don’t want their children are overweight because it will give a lot of negative impact on children health both physically and mentally. Therefore, they always try to apply healthy diet.

Healthy diet can be done by preparing a food pyramid for kids.

Some of things that must be anticipated are snacks. Children are often caught in situations where they become eager to consume snacks. They will be very easy to overweight. Children who consume excessive snacks, they will destroy the well balanced diet that has been compiled since the beginning.

1. Apples. Giving an apple as a healthy diet for children is the right step to replace of snacks because they contain carbohydrates and pectin. Apples contain Quercetin which can prevent cancer and inflammation and therefore consume apples are very good for arthritis.

2. Banana. It contains vitamin B6 which can produce serotonin and this is very good for the brain because it can help relieve pain, eliminating excessive appetite and reduces tension so that children become more relaxed.

3. Oranges. It contains substances that act as antioxidants and has many benefits such as lowering blood pressure.

4. Kiwi. A very suitable for helping healthy diet for children is a kiwi because it can help treat cancer. Kiwi also contains many vitamins are found in apples and oranges.

That is some fruit that you can provide a healthy diet for children. Replace snacks that contain lots of fat with fruits that are more healthy and nutritious.
