First line is a foods containing carbohydrate such as wheat, rice, corn, potato or oatmeal. This is food that can provide energy and should be more consumed.

Second line in the food pyramid is foods that contain builder substance such as vegetables and fruits. Foods that are contain lots of such as vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Third line is a good protein food containing vegetable or animal. These foods can be obtained from eggs, fish, spinach and cheese.

Fourth line in the food pyramid is foods that contain fats, oils and sugars. Foods that should be less consumed among other food groups.

That is some part in the food pyramid. Healthiest foods can be provides very easy and cheap, you can buy at some stores or supermarkets. Do not forget to continue develop a food pyramid to suit children nutritional needs.
