Step Two. Put each food box with a neat and orderly in the refrigerator.
Step Three. Give a note on the food boxes tag it with the food type and date of processing of these foods. This is to be aware of the expired date of food and know when to throw food into garbage.
Step four. The important thing to remember is that vegetables, fruit and fresh meat can be stored up to three months. Meanwhile, fish, wheat and peas can be stored for two months.
Step five. This is very important and it should be noted, never put frozen food that has been heated into the refrigerator. This can reduce levels of nutrients in these foods.
