If you want to provide healthy snacks for kids, Chocolate Chip and Banana Muffins can be a proper meal for them. Here we will not buy but make it by your own. Here is a recipe to make Chocolate Chip and Banana Muffin:

Ingredients:

  • A little salt
  • 10 tablespoons butter has melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips that use dark chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons of soy milk liquid.
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (+ / -205 c) for 15 minutes
  2. Mix the soy milk, butter in medium bowl
  3. Strain together the flour, salt and baking powder in a larger bowl
  4. Add sugar, chocolate chips, almonds into flour mixture, and stir well.
  5. Stir wet ingredients slowly into the dry ingredients

  7. Pour into muffin pan cups.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
