How Storing Food in the Refrigerator

Food Freezing Guide

In the previous article, I ever discuss about Reheating Foods for Kids. A way of heating the food that is good and right to stay healthy and not harmful to children. This time I will tell about food freezing guide for healthy eating, how to store food in the refrigerator to keep it healthy and delicious to eat by kids.

Step One. Preparing food boxes, place one container of food for one meal. Cover the food boxes that containing some foods by using the plastic tightly.

Step Two. Put each food box with a neat and orderly in the refrigerator.

Step Three. Give a note on the food boxes tag it with the food type and date of processing of these foods. This is to be aware of the expired date of food and know when to throw food into garbage.

Step four. The important thing to remember is that vegetables, fruit and fresh meat can be stored up to three months. Meanwhile, fish, wheat and peas can be stored for two months.
